Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in line with EU consumer regulations.

To be eligible for a return, items must be: 

- unworn and unused

- in original condition, free from marks, damage, or signs of wear (including stretching creasing, or friction marks)

- with original packaging 

For hygiene and to preserve the integrity of the material, items must be tried on briefly and carefully to remain eligible for return.

Returns must be approved before being sent back.
 Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
 If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving a reason. However, returned items must still meet the conditions outlined above.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.
