For privacy and personal-safety reasons, our residential business address and private telephone number are not displayed publicly on this website. Return instructions and the return address are provided directly when a withdrawal or return is processed.

Orders & Payment

An order is completed when payment has been successfully processed through the checkout. You will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

Product prices, available sizes, colours and shipping charges are displayed before payment.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you purchase goods online as a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods.

You may exercise this right through our online withdrawal / return form or by making an unambiguous statement to us by email.

After exercising the right of withdrawal, the goods must generally be sent back within 14 days.

Returning Goods After Withdrawal

Unless otherwise agreed, the customer bears the direct cost of returning goods following a normal change-of-mind withdrawal.

Please wait for our return instructions before sending anything back. We will provide the appropriate return address and instructions after receiving your request.

If a parcel has already been handed to the carrier, we may not be able to stop delivery. Depending on the carrier and delivery status, you may be able to refuse delivery or return the parcel after receipt.

Condition of Returned Goods

You may inspect and try the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit, in a similar way to how you would inspect an item in a physical store.

If an item is worn, stretched, creased, stained, damaged, altered or otherwise handled beyond what is necessary and this reduces its value, you may be responsible for the resulting diminished value.

Refunds Following Withdrawal

Where an entire order is validly withdrawn, the purchase price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the original order will generally be reimbursed.

Additional delivery costs resulting from a more expensive delivery option chosen by the customer do not have to be reimbursed beyond the cost of standard delivery.

For sales of goods, reimbursement may be withheld until we have received the goods back or until you provide sufficient evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first, as provided by applicable consumer law.

Once a return physically reaches us, we aim to inspect the item and process the eligible refund within 1 working day.

Refunds are normally made using the original payment method.

Wrong, Faulty or Non-Conforming Goods

Your statutory rights relating to faulty, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming goods are separate from the change-of-mind withdrawal right described above.
